Dr. Dennis obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Tyler. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Texas Medical School in Houston. Dr. Dennis completed his internship in internal medicine from Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and he completed his neurology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
